At Taramp's, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance audio equipment and offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include all technical manuals and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the amplifier or electronic component in its original box with all protective foam to prevent transit damage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship to Service Center

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping carrier using the provided prepaid label or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
